MANAGING DIRECTOR
Neo Ramaphakela founded the business in 2015 after gaining valuable experience as a Business Analyst with the Caudwell Group in England. His core strengths lie in strategic planning, with a strong focus on effective implementation. He also brings expertise in change management and service quality.
As the Director of The Beehive Consortium, Neo ensures that high-quality service is always delivered, and that clear, actionable strategies are developed and implemented to meet clients’ logistics needs.
Over the years, Neo has been recognized for his impact in the business world. He was featured in the 2015 Mail & Guardian’s Top 200 Most Influential Young South Africans in the Business category, and in 2016, he was named one of Forbes’ 30 Most Promising Young Entrepreneurs in Africa.
